Buyer must have earned the pin through Volunteer Scholars or provide copy of certificate showing completion through another certifying organization. Do not purchase this pin for yourself, for your own work. Buyers who are unable to provide documentation that they earned this pin should not order a replacement, as refunds will not be given for unsubstantiated orders. Replacement pins ship in 2 weeks.
