- Priority 1 submissions (hours complete and all documentation submitted by December 31), will receive award by February 15.
- Priority 2 submissions (hours complete and all documentation submitted by April 30), will receive award by June 15.
- Regular submissions (hours complete and all documentation submitted by August 31) will receive award by October 15.
Have you finished entering activities for the current award year (Sep 1 – Aug 31)? Remember to:
- Select the type of award you would like (medal, pin, coin, or patch)
- Confirm your mailing address
- Mark your entries “Complete” on your log on the Award Applications page so our team knows you have finished entering community service hours and uploaded all documentation so final award levels can be reviewed and calculated.
