1. Log into your account

2. Click “Volunteer Tracking Logs” under the Account menu

3. Click “Add Activity”

4. Click “Add New Organization” if this is the first time you want to enter hours with this organization

5. Fill out Organization details and click “Save Organization”

6. To log your hours, click “Benefitting Organization” and select the Organization you want to log hours with

7. Make sure to select the box next to the people who participated in this event

8. Select date of volunteering

9. Click outside of the calendar cell to close the menu

10. Select amount of hours volunteered. If more than 10, submit multiple activities

11. Fill out the Description of Activity

12. Select which awards these hours are eligible for

Add supporting Documentation: This could be a PDF or a JPEG, then click “Save New Activity”
